"Indie Princess of Pop" releases sophomore album "Hey
You!" & wins #1 Prize at the 15th Annual Billboard World
Song Contest
Just reading her resume from the past few years alone is a
dizzying tour of accolades and high points: She snagged a
hefty five - yes, FIVE consecutive Top Ten Hit Singles from
her freshman album "Take a Good Look" on not only Billboard
but as well pop radio charts and International airplay charts;
She ranked Top 5 on MTV LOGO's "The Click List" for 12
consecutive weeks with her Award-winning music video
"Forever"; She performed at high profile events among music
icons Deborah Harry, Debbie Gibson, Tiffany, Billie Myers,
Kimberley Locke and Frenchie Davis; She was featured in major
motion pictures and television shows as well as a variety of
music compilations in the US and Europe. Let's not forget her
very obvious cemented presence as an accomplished artist - and
an indie one, mind you - chalking up notable career highlights
with a "Billboard Top 20 Artist of 2005"stamp, and a
nomination as "Best New Artist" at the 2005 International
Dance Music Awards at the Winter Music Conference. Industry
music insiders and media alike have dubbed her "The Indie
Princess of Pop", and radio still regularly plays her latest
single "Forever" a year after its release!

Hey You! Yes, "you" Take a Good Look? She has galvanized
the music scene, commanded the screen and stage, and the world
certainly took notice! Welcome to the incredible universe of
Alyson circa 2008, poised to be one of the next big names in
the business, comfortably flying high without a label - that
is the essence of the girl whose career's modus operandi has
been pop culture dominance while marching to her own quirky
beat.
Now 2008 out of the gate is quickly becoming the biggest
year yet for Alyson with the release of her
highly-anticipated, buzz-heavy sophomore album "Hey You!" and
her just announced First Place win in the 15th Annual
Billboard World Song Contest for one of her self-penned album
tracks, "Here With Me" (www.billboardsongcontest.com:80/).
The envelope pushing, musically expansive new album
features ten sassy, sexy, flirty, and fun pop songs including
the national Top 40/Hot AC/AC radio hit single "Forever"
currently spinning on the airwaves. A rolling, infectious
sound that encourages you to join right in, "Hey You!" is
something deep in emotional tone with catchy melodies,
squelchy beats, and a powerful sonic blast that feels equally
at home blaring from Ipods, car stereos and nightclubs.
But we wouldn't expect anything less from the collaborative
creative minds of dream-team Alyson and Jeremy Yeremian.
Indeed, "Hey You!" is co-written by Alyson and producer Jeremy
Yeremian whose credits include productions with Pink, Ricky
Martin, Natalie Imbruglia, Kelly Osbourne and Randy Jackson
(for many artists at MCA) to name a few.
The album hits on March 18, 2008 across the US under the PM
Media/City Hall Records marquee. The first single "Hey You"
will be released nationally to radio in late February
supported by a fun, groovy, highly entertaining 1960s-style
music video with a live band and go-go dancers reminiscent of
the Ed Sullivan Show. Her club fans won't be disappointed
either with the upcoming single "Here With Me" scheduled to be
serviced to club DJs in mid-March with a wide array of
electrifying club remixes.
And the tour? Alyson will launch her national U.S. tour
this March starting with her performance at the 15th Annual
Billboard World Song Contest Awards Show on March 29th at The
Mansion Entertainment & Media Center in Branson, Missouri,
the music capitol of the Midwest - a special live performance
requested by Billboard Magazine to perform her First Place
winning song "Here With Me". The Billboard World Song Contest
offers unparalleled exposure among some of the music
industry's most influential professionals. Alyson's
self-penned "Here With Me" will be included on the prestigious
Annual Billboard Song Contest Winners' CD exclusively
distributed to the creme de la creme of the music
industry.
Alyson's remarkable numerous accomplishments within the
music arena have undeniably positioned her as a powerful
creative voice and force to be reckoned with. After all, as
Cashbox Magazine professes: "This Indie Princess Pop is making
a career on hits" (http://www.alysonmusic.com/)
